I have been giving many suggestions on ‘Interact With PM’ website. Many of them have been implemented. The last time, I gave a practical suggestion for helping the countrymen to buy goods made in India, promote Indian industries and boycott goods made in China. The suggestion was to,
- Request the Information Technology Ministry to issue appropriate order that every website selling goods (like Amazon, Flipkart etc.) to display, where goods are made.
- Advise every State government to issue appropriate order under relevant statute to shopkeepers to display and tell purchasers, where the goods are made that they are selling.
Now, I read in news that the rules are going to be modified making it mandatory to mention the percentage of Indian content in the products. It was further in the news that a group of e-commerce companies including Amazon and Flipkart hae decided to display "Country of origin" on their new products but have sought some clarifications and sought some time.
So, if you have any idea, suggestion to improve our situation then please do suggest. There are many things that one may have reservations about the government but good thing about this government is, it listens to the ideas and you don’t have to a big shot to get government ears, you don’t have to go anywhere or seek appointment with anyone – but your idea, your suggestion has to be good one.
Don’t hesitate, go ahead – not every good idea strikes everyone. You may be the person, giving an idea that may change our future.
सुझाव, सरकार को बतायें - यह सुनती है
मैंने 'पीएम के साथ बातचीत करें' वेबसाइट पर कई सुझाव दिये हैं। उनमें से कई, लागू भी किये गये हैं। पिछली बार, मैंने देशवासियों को, भारत में बने सामानों को खरीदने, भारतीय उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने और चीन में बने सामानों का बहिष्कार करने में मदद करने के लिए, एक सुझाव दिया था। यह सुझाव यह था कि- सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय को, उचित आदेश जारी करने के लिए कहें कि अमेज़ॉन, फ्लिपकार्ट आदि सामान बेचने वाली प्रत्येक वेबसाइट, इस बात को प्रदर्शित करे कि सामान कहां का बना है।
- प्रत्येक राज्य सरकार को सलाह दें कि वे प्रासंगिक क़ानून के तहत उचित आदेश जारी करे कि वे प्रदर्शित करें और खरीददारों को बतायें कि समान कहां का बना है।
मैंने समाचार में पढ़ा कि नियमों को संशोधित किया जा रहा है कि वेबसाइट, इस बात का उल्लेख करें कि उत्पादों में भारतीय सामग्री का क्या प्रतिशत है। इस खबर में आगे था कि अमेज़ॉन और फ्लिपकार्ट सहित अन्य ई-कॉमर्स कंपनियों ने, अपनी वेबसाइट पर बिकने वाले सामानों पर यह बताने का फैसला किया है कि वह किस देश में बना है। लेकिन उन्होंने कुछ स्पष्टीकरण और कुछ समय चाहा है।
इसलिए, यदि आपके पास कोई विचार है, या हमारी स्थिति सुधारने के लिये सुझाव है, तो उसे अवश्य बतायें। इस सरकार में कई कमियां हैं और कई प्रक्रिया के बारे में दो विचार हो सकते हैं। लेकिन अच्छी बात यह है कि यह सरकार सुनती है। इसके लिये न तो आपको बड़े आदमी होने की जरूरत है, न कहीं जाने की जरूरत है और न ही किसी के साथ मिलने का समय चाहिये। लेकिन आपके विचार, आपके सुझाव को अच्छे होने चाहिए।
संकोच न करें, आगे बढ़ें - हर अच्छा विचार, हर किसी को नहीं आता। क्या मालूम आप ऐसे व्यक्ति हों जो ऐसा विचार दे, जिससे हमारे भविष्य बदल जाय।
